Dirhassian, in various dialects, is the most widely spoken language in the Oldirian Union and acts as the de facto official language, but a number of regional languages are also spoken. These languages have various levels of official recognition by the state and their legal status differ.

Although Dirhassian is the only federally official language of the OUTS, there are several other officially recognized languages within the OUTS' various constituencies.
