Santóly Órtúr (Dirhassian: órtúr tóła üsić osú, tr. Órtúr Santóly Üsić-Osú [ˈo:ɾtu:ɾ s̻ɑnˈto:j ˈʏs̻ɪtɕ ˈɔs̻u:], born 4550 CY) is an Oldirian politician and revolutionary who has been the general secretary of the People's Tzalist Party of Oldiria (PTPO) since 4613 CY and president of the Kárdún Örsí since 4614 CY, making him the de facto leader of the Oldirian Union.
