Cicex (/ˈsɪseɪ/ SI-say; Sngemscixngwài: Ci-Cex [cí.cḛ]), officially Holy Cicex (Sngemscixngwài: Ci-Cex Nriò) is a country located in Ashnan.

Cicegeans spend a great amount of effort to appease it, and pledge absolute loyalty out of fear and reverence.
