Hiethcee (/ˈhaɪsi:, ˈhaɪθsi:/ Thecenic: hídh-cé Hiethcee), officially the Dual Monarchy of Hiethcee, is a country located in western Churyko. It is composed of the Kingdom of Hiethcee and the Kingdom of Sahili, the Dual Monarchy of Hiethcee is located primarily on the Isle of Hiethcee and the western coast of Churyko. A majority of the country lies within the Skaredrag Isles, which it shares with the Five Isles, Renowned Tawarsch, and Renowned Turss. The Dual Monarchy of Hiethcee has a population of X million in 46XX, making it the Xth largest country in Churyko.

Since the conversion of much of the Skaredrag Isles to Kunwidya, Thecenic pirates and privateers began to run rampant across much of the western coast of the Broad and Narrow seas. These pirates would disrupt trade route, take prisoners back to Hiethcee for forced conversion, and raid small coastal settlements for prisoners and gold. The rise of piracy and privateering was based within the common Kunwidya practice of boat missions, where fleets of missionaries would dock in ports to spread Kunwidya for however long they deemed necessary. Piracy and privateering was seen as an extension of this, just a much more strict version, in line with a crusade. X
