The Seer of Tschintiessteiss is the paramount minister of Tschintiessteiss as well as its monarchs. Largely carrying out work in name of and by the will of the monarchs of Tschintiessteiss. The office was established following the Revolution of 4521, where Tuschogo III was forced to yield his absolutist power. Though the Seer can technically be appointed by the Tranzgenschaden, they are most often appointed by order of the king. Seers have no term limits, and serve until stepping down, being dismissed by the King, or dying.
