The Seer of Tschintiessteiss is the paramount minister of Tschintiessteiss as well as its monarchs. Largely carrying out work in name of and by the will of the monarchs of Tschintiessteiss. The office was established following X, where pressure for a less absolute monarchy was at an all time high. Though the Seer can technically be appointed by the Tranzgenschaden, they are most often appointed by order of the king.
