Samatkhaoul (Old Ibsa: ⲛ̀Ϣⲁⲙⲁⲧ Ⲭⲁⲁⲟⲩⲱⲩⲗ [ənʃamat kʰaːwuːl], Ibsa: ⲛ̀Ϣⲙⲱⲧⲭⲱⲱⲩⲗ [n̩ʃmoːtkʰoːuːl]), less commonly as Teveth (Ibsa: ⲛ̀Ⲧⲏⲃⲉⲑ [n̩teːvetʰ]) is a country located in Central Yazland.

Etymology

The name Samatkhaoul comes from the Old Ibsa term ⲛ̀ϣⲁⲙⲁⲧ ⲭⲁⲁⲟⲩⲟⲩⲗ ən-śamat khāwūl, meaning 'the fertile river'. Samatkhaoul is also referred to as Teveth, deriving from the Old Ibsa term Ⲧⲏⲃⲉⲑ Tēveth meaning 'the place of black fertile soil'.
