The 4623 Dhimze general election was held on 1 Aisser 4623 to elect all 612 members of the Royal Assembly, the lower house of the Lartema of Dhimrai. The governing Liberal Party got the most votes but lost its majority, having to form a coalition with the Federalist Party to maintain relative majority.

Both major parties, the Liberal Party and the Democracy Party, as well as the Royalist Party, lost seats compared to the 4618 election. This is in contrast to the anti-monarchist parties gaining seats, chief among them the People's Action, gaining 53 seats, the biggest seat change of any party in the election.
