Ibsa language

Ibsa (Old Ibsa: ⲛ̀ⲁⲙϯⲁⲁⲛ ⲥ̀ⲥⲛ̀ⲓⲓⲫⲥⲏⲙ ən-amčān əssən-īphsēm (lit. 'language of all refined people' ; Ibsa: ⲛ̀ⲁⲙϯⲱⲛⲣⲉⲧⲏⲃⲉⲑ n'amčōnretēveth (lit. 'the language of the Tevethi'), alternatively as Amchonreteveth, is the official language of Samatkhaoul.
