The Domain of National Rail Operation (Tschintierst: X) is a government agency of Tschintiessteiss. Formed in 4545 CY along with its parent agency the Ministry of Coordination following the 4545 National Transit Act, the DNRO is responsible mainly for intercity passenger rail operations throughout Tschintiessteiss. As part of this role it collaborates with the seven Gintem rail companies and the Committee of Domestic Rail Travel. As part of the 4545 National Transit Act, the DNRO does not own any sections of track in the Gintem Confederation, but is granted priority in the Right-of-Way for passenger service over the various other rail operations performed by the Big Seven. The DNRO does not operate service in the Gintem Confederation, instead collaborating with the CDRT for pan-Gintem passenger rail service.
