Below is a list of every adaksi (city) in Dhimrai by population. As defined by the Royal Institute of Building and Urban Affairs, an adaksi is a settlement with more than 50,000 inhabitants. As of 4627 CY, X cities in Dhimrai fulfill this criterion and are listed here. This list refers only to the population of individual municipalities within their defined limits, which does not include other municipalities or suburban areas within urban agglomerations or metropolitan areas.
